Project Manager | Northern CA Office
Shannon joined Hillmann in 2022 after receiving her Associates in Project Management. She enjoys painting and playing the trumpet, with her favorite memory being playing 'Taps' at the Grand Opening of Victory Gardens. Shannon is driven by making a positive impact on communities and values integrity in everything she does.

Environmental Field Technician | Northern CA Office
Maciej joined Hillmann in 2025 after working in the environmental field for multiple years. When he’s not exploring Bay Area trails with his wife Liz and their dogs Snoopy & Zero, he’s dreaming of visiting Iceland’s landscapes. Maciej is motivated by learning and making a positive impact. Fun fact—he once ate a rattlesnake that tried to sneak into his room!

Regional Operations Manager | Gresham, OR Office
Billie joined Hillmann in 2025 after working many years in construction operations. When she’s not enjoying the uplifting Hillmann atmosphere, you’ll find her outdoors—hiking, hitting the gym, or riding four wheelers. Her dogs Cameo, Little Foot, and Athena are always part of the adventure! Her bucket list trip? Bora Bora.
