Energy Engineer | Abraxas Arvada, CO Office
Emily joined our Energy Consulting team in 2024. Outside of work, she loves singing and playing guitar, and is currently recording an album of covers. A self-described "yes person," Emily is always open to new adventures, with surf camp in Portugal being her next bucket list item. She’s also known for making perfect cinnamon blueberry pancakes!

Environmental Field Technician | Northern CA Office
Maciej joined Hillmann in 2025 after working in the environmental field for multiple years. When he’s not exploring Bay Area trails with his wife Liz and their dogs Snoopy & Zero, he’s dreaming of visiting Iceland’s landscapes. Maciej is motivated by learning and making a positive impact. Fun fact—he once ate a rattlesnake that tried to sneak into his room!
