Who We’re Looking For: A motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts well to change. You should possess excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to customer service and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in a Science-related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years in the industry, with a focus on asbestos, lead, radon, indoor air quality, and mold/moisture inspections. Phase I ESA/II experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, client management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Certifications:
    • Asbestos: Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) or Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) required.*
    • Lead: Inspector/Assessor or Sampling Technician preferred.
    • Additional certifications like CHMM, 40 Hour HAZWOPER, and CIE/CMI are desirable but not required.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and availability for off-hour emergency work.

*We welcome candidates with initial asbestos AHERA certifications eligible for state certification tests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain certifications and licenses.
  • Respond to client emergencies as needed.
  • Conduct thorough investigations related to Industrial Hygiene, including indoor air quality, mold/moisture inspections, asbestos surveys, and lead-based paint inspections.
  • Develop remediation plans, report findings, and ensure compliance with industry guidelines.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Perform air, surface, and water sampling.
  • Conduct employee noise exposure assessments and monitoring.
  • Execute Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and other environmental hazard evaluations.
