The Hillmann Family of Companies is pleased to announce the opening of its new Chicago-area office in Naperville, Illinois. The office officially opened September 4, 2026, providing a dedicated location to support Hillmann’s growing team and client work throughout the greater Chicago region.

Located at 40 Shuman Boulevard, Suite 175, Naperville, IL 60563, the new office strengthens Hillmann’s local presence while providing clients access to the broad range of expertise available across the Hillmann Family of Companies.

The Naperville location is home primarily to team members from Hillmann Development Advisors, which provides development management, owner’s representation, project management, and related advisory services. Hillmann also has environmental professionals in the region and supports clients throughout the Chicago market with services spanning environmental health and safety, real estate due diligence, building science, construction risk management, energy consulting, and other specialized services.

With professionals located throughout the country, Hillmann combines local market knowledge with the resources and multidisciplinary expertise of a nationwide organization. The new Naperville office provides another home base for our professionals to collaborate with clients, project teams, and partners throughout Chicago and the surrounding region.
