Energy Project Manager – Construction Monitoring / Engineering Due Diligence

Hillmann Consulting’s Construction Risk Management team is growing rapidly. Our team of Engineers, Architects and Construction Managers provide an array of construction consulting services to major national financial institutions, real estate owners and managers, and property developers. These services include energy audits, property condition assessments, pre-construction due diligence as well as ongoing construction monitoring. Last year alone we worked on projects in 45 states as well as the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

In the past few years, we have moved into the energy space and are looking for a motivated individual to help us grow this portion of our business. We have an immediate need for a Project Manager/Energy Manager to join our local group for work on projects in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area and beyond.

Additionally, the candidate will attend regular construction site visits and will produce ongoing construction monitoring reports; pre-construction engineering assessments and document reviews; perform property condition assessments (physical needs assessments); and will support the maintenance of relationships with existing and potential Clients.
